New eMagin SVGA+ Color XL OLEDs are in!
We received our first batch and quickly put it on the test bench. Preliminary results are exciting -marginally lower power consumption at regular brightness levels but 47% less power consumption at the higher brightness levels.
More to come!

OLED is still too expensive, burn-in is horrible and the life of the display should be categorized as disposable. eMagin is next to impossible to get a hold of, tech support is non existent and the CEO has been thrown out on the street. Oh yes, and eMagin stock has been delisted from the American Stock Exchange!!

It seems that the previous poster is interested in bashing EMA as a company and not really commenting on the OLED as a viable product.
Over the past 2 years we have been using the eMagin OLED in a wide variety of applications and have not had any issues with Burn in or display life. Both characteristics have met or exceeded their posted specifications.
Comments about the management of the company and its delisting are not really relevant in this venue.
We continue to stand behind the eMagin OLED by developing custom drivers and products based on the XL product line.
